HR GENERALIST

Are you interested in an HR role with significant responsibility where you will work across the entire HR field in a values-driven company? Are you attracted to working in a smaller company with support and strength from a larger organizational context?

We are now looking for an HR generalist for an independent and responsible role where you will work with all HR processes. This is combined with taking responsibility for payroll management in the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR generalist with us, you will be a key person in the organization and will work closely with management, supervisors, and employees at our facility in Växjö. The role has a clear focus on HR, but since we are a smaller company, you will not only work with HR. You will also take responsibility for our payroll management and may assist with other administrative tasks as needed. If payroll is a completely new area for you, we see an opportunity for internal training.

In this role, you will, among other things:

• Support managers in personnel matters, including labor law, union contact, and rehabilitation cases
• Work with onboarding and internal training initiatives
• Work with recruitment of staff
• Handle HR administration
• Participate in strategic HR initiatives related to the development of the business
• Drive systematic work environment efforts
• Be responsible for payroll management

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with education in HR and experience in broad HR work, preferably in an independent role. You have good knowledge of labor law and are used to providing support to managers in HR-related matters. Experience in payroll management is an advantage but not a requirement. We see opportunities for introduction and internal training as needed. It is also considered an advantage if you have experience working in a production environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We offer an exciting HR role based in Växjö. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently while also having support, networking, and, above all, exchange from other HR functions within the organization.

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement. Individual salary setting applies, and we have a collective agreement with IKEM.
